TAC Teleconference: Incorporating Social Media into Your Organization

Using a case study of a health-care provider which was losing market share to a new competitor, we will learn how they incorporated social media into their marketing and IT operations, what challenges they faced, what policies they needed to implement, and the success they are achieving as a result of their adoption of social media solutions. As we delve further into understanding this new technology, we will highlight some of the lessons learned that can be applied in any business as they plan to integrate social media into their organization.
