Technology at RR Donnelley & Sons, CIO of PictureTel, and
VP MIS and Administrative Services at Timeplex.

Tim Kelly — Vice President, North America Sales
Mr. Kelly has more than 20 years of sales experience in the Technology and Information
Products businesses. During that time he has held multiple management and sales
roles. He has worked for such companies as The Thomson Corporation and Quest Software.
Tim earned an MBA from Boston College and a Bachelor degree in Computer Science
from Denison University.

Peter Schay — President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Schay has more than 25 years of experience as a senior IT
executive in both IT vendor and research industries. He
was most recently VP, Chief Technology Officer of SiteShell
Corp. Previously, at Gartner, he was Group VP, Global
Research Infrastructure & Support. He was also one of
Gartner’s leading analysts, launching their coverage of
client/server computing in the early 1990s.
